I ordered second half of January, arrived March 18th. Poor communication with store, late in posting and below average quality. Keychains are silicon, if you could tell by the texture you definitely could by smell but isn’t super pungent and should wear away soon. Standard packaging, plastic packet lined with thin bubble wrap, keychains plastic pockets. Chimmy’s body looks.. squashed, munted and has severat dents and deep scratches, there are holes/gaps along the seams and a large circular dent around the right eye, the ‘hole’ for the keychain is still full of rubber, don’t know how long the loop will hold up, but it is still cute and colour is accurate.

I would definitely recommend. Took quite long to arrive but still a good product. Looks cute! I got all 7 bt21 characters. The only thing is kookie is a bit to pink.
